After five years of faithful fundraising, tireless construction, and eager anticipation, the dream of a new Ndumberi Children’s Community Center became reality last month in Kenya! The grand opening was a joyful celebration of God’s provision and the power of partnership.

Our second mission team of 2025 has returned home overflowing with gratitude after an incredible week in Kasten and Loitokitok. In just days, the team of 15 provided essential medical care at pop-up clinics, prayed with families, and shared the love of Jesus with nearly 3,000 people through ministry and outreach.

Across all of the Kenyan communities where high school students receive sponsorship, the recent annual Goal Setting and Review Exercise brought together 130 students and 130 parents for a powerful time of reflection and planning. This transformative initiative created space to evaluate progress and chart a meaningful path forward in academics, faith, and personal development.

In Loitoktok, a transformative community-led initiative is empowering women through sustainable livestock farming. The Sustainable Farming for Improved Livelihood and Health Project has already equipped 57 women and youth with resilient Galla goats, unlocking access to nutrition, income, and social inclusion. By challenging cultural norms and promoting climate-smart practices, the project is paving the way for long-term resilience and gender equity.

A transformative two-day training was recently held in Kasten, bringing together 70 local farmers eager to strengthen their livelihoods in the face of climate challenges. The training was designed to equip communities like Kasten with practical tools to boost community resilience, food security, and household income. This training was more than an educational event; it was a catalyst for hope, collaboration, and economic transformation in one of Kenya’s most vulnerable region

In Loitokitok, Kenya, a community once burdened by the daily struggle for clean water is now experiencing lasting transformation. Implemented by local residents, the project fostered ownership and unity while reducing costs. This initiative is more than infrastructure, it’s a step toward dignity, empowerment, and a future beyond poverty.

The 2nd TUYEP Class of 2025 marked the culmination of a transformative three-month journey with a powerful graduation celebration themed “Chosen for Greatness” (John 15:16). Twenty-one young participants emerged not only with certificates, but with renewed purpose, strengthened confidence, and a clear sense of identity, ready to step into their future with boldness and faith.

After years of dreaming, planning, and praying, the doors to Two Mustard Seeds Boutique are finally opening, and with them, a new chapter in a mission that began with a dream in the night.
