June 2025 Mission Trip Report

For over 15 years, Expansion International has brought vital medical care and spiritual encouragement to communities across Kenya. Our first mission team of 2025 continued this powerful legacy serving in Gakoe and at Hosanna Children’s Home. The team of 17 returned home with full hearts and unforgettable memories after reaching nearly 4,000 individuals through compassionate service and ministry.

Medical Impact

• Over 1,000 patients received essential care through our pop-up clinics, including:

  • Preventative screenings

  • Lab and pharmaceutical services

  • Eyeglasses and vision support

  • And more!

• 1,176 individuals received critical vitamins and deworming medication to support long-term health

• 456 patients were gifted eyeglasses, rebuilding confidence

Children’s Ministry

• Nearly 3,000 children experienced the joy of the gospel through:

  • A vibrant theatrical presentation

  • Music, dancing, and sweet treats

  • A celebration of faith and community

Spiritual Growth

• 100 Bibles were distributed to eager hands and open hearts

• 20 individuals made the life-changing decision to follow Christ

This mission trip was a movement of healing, joy, and transformation. Thousands of lives were touched, and the ripple effects of this journey will continue to bless Kenyan communities for years to come.
