The Need
Poverty is spiritual, physical, emotional, and relational. We believe that poverty cannot be eradicated through one program alone, that’s why we implement a holistic approach through various health, education, and economic initiatives that consider the whole of a person and to meet individual and community needs.
Water-born diseases and limited sanitation create illness. Minimal access to healthcare for rural families can create severe and chronic sickness.
Mandatory fees may prevent many students from attending school. This can cause teens to be vulnerable to drugs, gangs, and human trafficking.
Many live without the ability to provide for their basic needs like adequate food, clothing, and shelter and are, therefore, unable to thrive.
